SAP needed a customer and partner experience for their offices in London. This visitor centre needed to epitomise the groundbreaking approach to technology that SAP are known for and act as a living example of the capabilities of SAP solutions. The experience needed to be engaging and entertaining for participants; while also remaining informative and educational for visitors.

The Solution
Experience SAP at Clockhouse Place, London is a customer centred showcase that demonstrates the power of SAP technology. An array of leading-edge patented products that exhibit the innovative design and technology features synonymous with SAP can be found throughout Experience SAP London. vStream’s innovative products are housed throughout the experience; all of which are powered by SAP HANA software. They include our Intelligent Tables, Digital Pillars, Interactive Switchable Glass, Hypeboxes and more. RFID tags are integrated throughout the building and can track the customers interaction points; adding valuable insights for SAP’s sales process.
The centrepiece of this experience is the ‘Hub’ – a stunning 270 degree projection theatre with a bespoke content management system. All of the content can be tailored and changed instantly using HANA software with the touch of a button; ensuring that the Experience SAP visitor centre is always up to date. Experience SAP has received overwhelmingly positive feedback since its opening in London and has seen a 100% increase in throughput since 2016.
