Nissan’s launch of the 2026 Leaf marked the biggest technological milestone in the product lifecycle of one of the world’s most successful EV’s, so the brand sought to build an experience fitting for the occasion. With numerous high profile car shows, and a network of dealers eager to engage customers in an innovative way, the brand reached out to vStream for a solution.

The Solution

Using cutting edge interactive Augmented Reality, vStream brought the story of the new Leaf to life, with a meticulously detailed full scale 3D hologram of the car, an engaging narrative about the key evolutions in the 2026 Leaf, and an interactive car detailing feature. Launched at dealer workshops, national car shows and syndicated to each dealership, the experience allows customers to visualise and customise their Leaf at the point of purchase, without the need for physical stock, offering an unlimited range of options, and symbolising the pinnacle in customer experience and sales support. Delivered on best in class consumer technology, the experience was both highly scalable and cost effective for the brand, resulting in a national rollout and plans for a global launch.
